Hacienda Platter

Grilled skirt steak (6 oz), grilled chicken, and our savory camarones especiales made of large shrimp wrapped with cheese and bacon. Served with lettuce, tomato, and guacamole.


Cancun Platter

Savory morsels of crab, shrimp, chicken, tomato, green onion, mushrooms, and cilantro sautéed in white wine. Topped with Monterrey Jack cheese and

baked to perfection.


Guadalajara Special

Grilled New York steak, one smothered chile relleno, and one deep fried chicken burrito. Topped with ranchero sauce and sour cream.


Don Juan Platter

Grilled skirt steak (6 oz), accompanied with a dish of shrimp in garlic sauce cooked with onion and mushrooms. Served with lettuce and guacamole.


Chicken Flautas

Three rolled corn tortillas filled with shredded chicken and deep fried atop a bed of lettuce. Served with tomato, sour cream, guacamole, and ranchero sauce. This dish is not served with tortillas.

Mexican Hamburger

A hamburger served in a flour tortilla with refried beans, folded and topped with green chile and shredded Monterrey Jack cheese. Served with rice and salad.


Molcajete De Carne

Tender grilled morsels of skirt steak, pork, chicken, and nopal (prickly pear cactus) served on a bed of pico de gallo and spicy tomatillo sauce. Topped with cilantro and queso fresco. Served in an authentic Mexican

stone mortar.


Molcajete De Mariscos

Shrimp, octopus, crab legs, tilapia fillet, onion, bell pepper, and mixed vegetable marinated in slightly spicy tomato sauce, and broiled on a low flame until tender. Served in an authentic Mexican stone mortar.
